The EIB aims to award Framework Agreements with single provider concerning the following 2 lots:
Lot 1 — Media Advertising for Both Recruitment and Employer Branding Purposes
Lot 2 — Advisory and Implementation Services for EIB Employer Branding, Outreach and Alternative Candidate Sourcing Strategies.
Media Advertising for Both Recruitment and Employer Branding Purposes
The service provider"s premises and, if required, EIB"s premises.
The future service provider, which must be independent from media groups, is required to provide proactive advice on, and to subsequently implement, an effective media strategy to attract high quality and diverse candidates, for specific vacancies and broader target talent communities, on a timely basis, and to promote the EIB as an employer of choice in its target talent groups, on an ongoing basis.
Advisory and Implementation Services for EIB Employer Branding, Outreach and Alternative Candidate Sourcing Strategies
The future service provider is sought, to ensure that the EIB is aware of the latest and most effective candidate sourcing techniques, and to ensure that the bank’s sourcing strategy is in line with market best practice, competitive with reference to peer organizations, and positions the EIB appropriately in its target markets whilst adhering to the EIB"s business priorities and diversity objectives.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, on the day on which it came to the knowledge.
